How it all started
It all begins with an idea…and often a beer.
The idea for Atmosbeers started brewing around 2014 as the taproom scene was blooming. The likelihood of running into a bad beer was low, but what about the taproom environment? Could we find parking, would we find a table, do they have full decks of cards, can I bring a first date here, a group of coworkers, pets, or kids? You’d have to visit or sift through online reviews to know these things, and even then, it depends on the day & time. Plus, the Twin Cities has so many great options, how can you choose?!
What started as Beers & Atmospheres, a fun conversation piece and idea, soon grew into Atmosbeers after Shawnda & Samantha started working together. After work happy hours turned into planning sessions, and we knew two things - we love data, and we love beer.
